    Good pay, friendly staff, nice customers, double pay on bank holiday, 20% discount, good environment, diverse staff, overall very good

    Cons

    sometimes understaffed, demand to work hard all the time, some rude customers, sometimes communication is poor with management about extra hours etc, part time not enough holiday

    Pros

    Good shifts and there is overtime hours.
    Free uniform
    Varied breaks
    Free cake if you work in a cafe
    Most members of staff are rather mature and get the job done instead of messing about.

    Cons

    Very rude customers, Undupportive management, understaffed at times, very short notice rota changes. You work in a cancer causing environment. They don’t seem to understand mental health or disabilities that are visible.

    Store layout changes frequently during christmas periods which adds difficulty for the employer in learning the new locations and also helping customers out

    If you come from an outside company you get Hughes pay than if you have worked your way up.
    Don’t do the right things for the business

    Putting loads of trials and efficiencies in place in stores that don’t work without trialling them enough
