    Pros

    Good pay and good discount

    Cons

I have worked for nearly 2 years, and coming in as a student you are looked down upon which isn't great at all. Holidays you want can sometimes be disregarded, I only get 5 days off a year due to my contract (I am permanent), but whenever I try to book holiday it is always declined. You can be spoken down to by managers, which can make you feel low and also disrespected by them too whilst trying to make a point. When first starting 2 years ago, I had no problem at all. But from being in the company even longer, my opinion has begun to change and if it wasn't for the good pay I wouldn't be here.

    Advice to Management

Need to learn how to respect staff properly,

    - Have many managers who have been promoted based on tenure and not performance.
    - People with manager responsibilities who have no people leading skills.
    - Very toxic working culture in specific departments.
    - A lot of very questionable decisions being made.
    - Management pressuring teams to achieve numbers by any means.
    - Have watched Managers pressure employees into making decisions they do not agree with.

    Advice to Management
