        Pros

        I enjoy running a pub, I have a great team The products we sell and tbe menus are good. Bonus can be good if you hit all the kpis. I'm able to put on events. Reporting is good you can see where you are.

        Cons

        Budgets can be hit or miss, 1 year too easy the next too high. It's never just right. Hit your budget and they will add on even more the next year than just a little. Area managers are hit or miss some have been great others have used bullying behaviours and attitudes which seems to be condoned from upper management as its perceived as creating a competitive atmosphere. The new way of managing labour seems to benefit some pubs but penalises others.

            Lots of opportunities to work with different types of customers and each day being different.

            Cons

            Not always approving holiday requests and would often drop your shift if looking quiet that day

                    Learnt lots of new, transferable skills. Was a good environment.
