I enjoy running a pub, I have a great team The products we sell and tbe menus are good. Bonus can be good if you hit all the kpis. I'm able to put on events. Reporting is good you can see where you are.
Budgets can be hit or miss, 1 year too easy the next too high. It's never just right. Hit your budget and they will add on even more the next year than just a little. Area managers are hit or miss some have been great others have used bullying behaviours and attitudes which seems to be condoned from upper management as its perceived as creating a competitive atmosphere. The new way of managing labour seems to benefit some pubs but penalises others.Marston's Response2mo
