Pros

No pros at all. The owner is very unprofessional. You play games and listen to loud club music before going out to knock on doors to try and change people's energy bills or stand in front of DTA and get rid of free phones. Pay is all commissioned based.

Cons

The initial interview is basically a lie. Your told one thing and if you accept the offer, you are presented with something different. I was told in the initial interview that I would make around 35K per year. I actually made $10 per phone given away. I was told about business trips. Caught my attention. Then found out, a business trip was going to other cities just to get rid of phones. The only expense paid for by the company is the hotel. You had to use your own car and provide your own gas. The owner would find the cheapest hotel possible. Only because he didn't havne to stay there. Only time you stay in a decent hotel is at conferences. That's because the owner went. No real management training as advertised.

Pros

The entire experience was poor. I honestly have nothing positive to share. I guess the flatulent office canine was a bit amusing however extremely unprofessional.

Cons

Initially the interview process seemed to go well however; a harsh reality was forthcoming as the job title, job expectations, compensation, job progression, training, and office atmosphere details provided during the interviews were completely erroneous. After accepting a position in the management training program it became apparent rather quickly that the interview process was just another sales pitch for Mass Visions. On the first day of employment you are given a packet that provides details regarding how to perform direct sales for a specific client. You are not provided an opportunity to review the information before you are thrown into a sea of chaos. While in the office you are expected to observe, take notes, and participate in different meetings/workshops; all while listening to loud music you would hear at a bar/club. After the office meetings are complete you are sent out into the field to begin door to door sales with no real training or substantial product knowledge. Basically you are set up to fail and look foolish in front of potential new customers. The final expectation of the long day is to return to the office, break down your day, and participate in a silly 'Bell and Gong' activity before heading out for a night of heavy drinking. Overall the behaviors exhibited by leadership and seasoned peers is completely juvenile and certainly does not illustrate the behaviors of a successful sales, marketing, and advisement firm.

Pros

There are none. Worked for Mr. Ward for about 4 months. He is an alright guy, the environment is upbeat and positive. That's about it.

Cons

Stay away. This company will close up shop and move to the next town when it's done stucking dry whatever they are selling this week. This company has changed names and broken up amongst "CEOs" at least 5 times if not more. The used to be called VisionQuest among other names. They hold meetings to explain why there "business" isn't a pyramid scheme. I made decent money working there. However at the end of the day something just didn't seem legit. Don't take my word for it do your own research. Mr Ward is making money off your hard work.
