Pros

Work-life balance, great management, stable company, flexible time off policy. I was very happy working there

Cons

Some of the contracts might not be super great places to work due to security restrictions, but they don't really control that. It is a smaller company so there aren't as many opportunities for advancement or leadership as you might find in a larger company like Deloitte

Management is very thoughtful (provide free lunches on projects on clients site where food options are limitted) Raises are granted not on a specific cycle, but "just in time" base on client and coworker feedback They treat you like an adult it seems; vacation is not metered, do what's right Coworkers jump in via multiple chat channels and help solve hard problems, independent of what client/project you work on Immediately vested 401k plans with maximum matching Constant check ins to make sure we are happy and growing, informing folks of new opportunities

Cons

Some clients are stressful work environments, requiring after hours calls, work, etc.. Some clients are hard to push to do any work, so creates different stresses of dealing with clients Some clients are located in areas not easily-accessible by public transport, so makes it a bit challenging

Cons

Employees is subject to management concerns of jumping to the client schedules. Staff working on multiple projects because of lack of adequate resources . Constant staff departures which left other's trying to keep the work done. Due to staff resources never push back on the deadlines the customer set. Working under the pressure of the impending recompete of contract with the worry of losing your job.
