      More like a bad dinner with an awful family.

      Pros

      Pay. Location for Central Mass residents. There really weren't many more pros other than the employees that were not family.

      Cons

      Everything else. The family that runs this company is like a sequel for the movie Tommy Boy. It felt like the real parents with Corporate America experience had passed on and theses people were left to run the roost. The sons are obnoxious and very inexperienced. The brain of the company (the dad) hired his wife to be the president and that sets up a nightmare dynamic. There are terrific people at Masy holding up the operation and many of them are also family. These family members are more connected to the outside world.

      Pros

      If you work there you will get a paycheck.

      Cons

      Everything used there is old and outdated except their freezers. The Queen Mom (CEO) will call company meetings and start crying in front of the entire company. Their expansion is in fact overextended with debt to income ratio that would scare a day trader. Never saw any real throughput. All their old machines were idle most of the time. The best thing they have going is storing other company's stock. Don't get on this sinking ship.

      Company that offers a job but not a career.

      Pros

      Easy commute for those who live in the North Central part of Mass or in southern New Hampshire

      Cons

      Low salary, no advancement, management is closed to new ideas. No profit sharing. Company is all about owners egos and not what is best for the company.
