Pros
Modern building, young work environment and good flexi-hours for moms/dads.
Cons
Long hours, long road to promotion, low holiday, low pay compared to other hi-tech companies. If you are looking for benefits this is NOT the company for you. High turnover of staff says something about a company and Matomy is known for having this problem.
