Pros
The staff is awesome. For the most part, everyone gets along and chooses to even hangout outside of work too. The scheduling is flexible, perfect for college kids or just those with busy lives. Front of house and back of house get along well too. Loved the place and other employees are what kept me here so long. You can make money pretty easily here.
Cons
Management management management. Until something is changed with the general manager and a few others underneath, the restaurant will not flourish as it has the capability to do. There is no attention given to employees and therefore no excessive urge to stay. They sometimes make the job more stressful than it already is rather than helping. Additionally, it can attract tourists, some of which are foreign and may not understand American tipping procedures. I only gave this three stars over two because of the excellent friends I made through working here.
