    I have been working at MaxPoint full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The people here are great. Everyone within my sphere of work is supportive and intent on helping each other do good work. The health benefits are great and the headquarters in Morrisville is a great office environment with free food, drinks, and an open floor plan (for those like me who have difficulty with cubicles).

    Cons

    Initiatives are at the whim of the C-suite, teams are often under staffed (but the work expectations remain high), and management is hit or miss. We're in the process of being acquired, so keep that in mind if you're considering applying.

    Advice to Management

    Don't give impossible deadlines to teams who are already stretched thin. Good people with a strong work ethic work here - don't force them to put out sub-standard work because they don't have the resources they need.

    The people, products and work environment are second to none. Hard work is expected and rewarded. True team environment that helps everyone win.

    Cons

    If having to work hard is a con, that would be it. Nothing negative from me.

    Pros

    I work in the Solutions Group at MaxPoint and am thrilled with management and structure of the organization. MaxPoint is extremely thoughtful on who they hire, products they bring to market and how they are winning business from the HQ level through agency and shopper channels. The environment is fast-paced yet relaxed and does an exquisite job on capitalizing video-conference so no matter your location, you're engaged and winning as a team. I'm excited about the future of MaxPoint and where I see the company in years to come!

    Very repsonsive HR, they provided feedback quickly and politely, it seems that they are value their employees. Hope they can keep up good work.

    Cons

    Not really having negatives to this company, except one thing: when trying to hire giod people, really need to read resumes carefully, hope they can keep up their good work

    Pros

    I've worked at MaxPoint for 3+ years and have had an absolutely fantastic experience since day 1. Company culture is very important to me, and culture is one of the main reasons why I've stayed here this long. The people are intelligent, accepting, fun, and friendly. The environment is collaborative, welcoming and respectful. Hard work is recognized and rewarded, and new ideas are encouraged. MaxPoint works very hard to do right by its employees; they treat you like an adult and realize that we all have personal lives outside of work.

    The management team is top notch. All of the executives are extremely intelligent, have a ton of experience, and most importantly, are downright good people. Having been places in the past where this hasn't been the case, I truly value the importance of a leadership team filled with driven and motivated individuals who work very hard every day, while also making sure to foster a collaborative and hospitable environment. Plus, we're constantly innovating and introducing new and exciting products to the marketplace. In a constantly changing and evolving industry, it's comforting to know that you work for a company that also constantly innovates and evolves.

    Cons

    Hours can be long, and work a bit stressful at times, but hey...where in sales is that not the case?

    Great compensation, robust reporting and measurement for your clients, plenty of smart people working there.

    Product is outdated and losing momentum in todays digital climate, culture is not good.
