      Pros

      During training you receive a lot of positive reinforcement how ever it does not prepare you for the actual job role.

      Cons

      Very strict on “adherence”. Not one minute late or logging in more than 5 minutes before your shift starts. Only give you credit for actual time on phone. Expected to be able to attend many tasks but I couldn’t find the time to do it, not while on a call.

      Only good thing is the different bonuses

      Cons

      Back to back call. Not being able to help the customer, no time to take a moment for yourself, strict rules put in place so people can get terminated. Every min you are off the phone (outside of your break) they take it out your paycheck.
