Young agency with like minded people Flexible and agile. Always on top of its game Massive growth over the last five years and have been successful in winning important accounts Opportunity to learn: a lot of training sessions are available to employees and senior management push us to use them

        Cons

If you're lazy you won't enjoy it as much. At Maxus, you get out what you put in and have to be in charge of your own learning etc. Not a downside but if you're not motivated and you're looking for an easy ride, go somewhere else as you won't get the best out of it.

                Pros

Maxus is a company where you can fast-track your career. By working hard and demonstrating your value to the business, it is possible to move up, being rewarded along the way. The 'E' in our PACE values (Entrepreneurial) is really encouraged and developed here. Plus - everyone is really warm and friendly.

                Cons

We work hard - so if that isn't for you then maybe Maxus isn't either!
