I worked at Mazars as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good group of friendly people - we would often go for lunch on a Friday, and played football after work together some weeks. Good support from management considering I was an intern and needed that extra help at the start, different teams i.e. tax and audit were always willing to help each other. The smaller office also meant that teams were quite close.

    Cons

The work was repetitive, although this is not firm specific and will be the case at most accountancy firms when at the bottom. The office was also slightly antiquated, and although there was a partial refurb, it was only where we received our clients.

    Advice to Management

Keep work engaging by offering more challenging tasks.
