    Pros

Smart and easy going people, good work life balance, interesting projects across a wide range of industries, many opportunities to learn, trainings abroad,

    Cons

No real cons notes. Sometimes might have to stay up a little late due to project time constraints, but this happens rarely

I have been working at Mazars full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Diverse consulting projects
    Well known clients
Very good team environment / culture
    Full support for proffessional qualifications
Team is made up of very bright individuals, and managers are often experts in their fields - good examples to follow
    Successful and growing team
    Great work/life balance
    Approachable Senior staff / Partners
    Regular social events

    Cons

    1. Not flexible enough regarding the pay / additional holidays / bonuses
    2. Managers often fail to delegate work to junior staff efficiently, thereby leaving a gap in the learning opportunities given to junior members of the team.

    Advice to Management

    1. As this is a consulting team - and not an Audit team, it would be advantageous to have pay/benefits similar to other consulting firms (more flexibility) if you are to effectively retain talent.
    2. Managers should spend more time training junior staff / put in place systematic project training

-Lack of review and feedback from Management
-Lots of 'backstabbing' and 'trampling' as people try to climb to the top at all costs.
-Lack of personality: Partners don't acknowledge staff.

    Advice to Management

Look at the cons - fix them

I have been working at Mazars full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The atmosphere is so friendly and working in Mazars is like working in family. Multicultural place
You will have to take responsabilities very quickly even for interns; it's sometimes challenging but this is how people learn.
No bad competition spirit between the coworkers
    Flexible time
The best work life balance ever for a company in the audit field
Increasing number of mom auditors which show that work life balance is great
The salaries and benefits are in line with the Big 4

    Cons

Some of the clients are not as cooperative as they would be if they were dealing with auditors from Big 4 and the turnover can be very high.

    Advice to Management

After a huge number of resignations recently the management is trying to do their best to keep their employees but hope that this will continue and maybe more transparency with the bonuses would help.

Current Employee - Associate/Consultant in Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

    Pros

Organisation is more in audit line i.e statutory audit. Though growing in other area and would be good in near future

    Cons

If someone is coming from big4 then it would be difficult for him to accomodate as organisation is still running as ca firm

    Advice to Management

Try adhere to style and policies followed by international firm.
Give employees facilities as given in other such international firm and make good employees at senior position, as some of the senior managers does not know how to behave and has no ethical and professional way of working

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Mazars full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Working environment is decent within your peers, pantry is great. Lots of friendly people and a very diverse working environment.

    Cons

Very particular, sometimes for items that appear to be insignificant (no justification for importance). Very challenging clients, great for a challenge but risky for new hires or even inexperienced auditors. Challenging clients can be better managed.

    Advice to Management

Review client list, enlist stronger managers, develop cohesive culture not pseudo team spirit.
