I have been working at Mazars full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very interesting projects to work on, opportunities to work on a wide range of services: advisory, model build and model audit and small team which offers a lot of responsibilities

    Cons

A lot of work for a relatively small team but it really depends on the periods

    Advice to Management

I believe that the management is overall doing a good job with very interesting projects coming over

    Pros

    - learn many things in a very short time.
    - you don't become overspecialised from the begining of your career, as you are in a big 4

    Cons

    - the mentality is tipycall to a small company
    - you are promoted only if you have a certain years of experience, not based on how good you are
    - bad communication
    - lack of transaprency

    Advice to Management

    - improve the appraisal process, the comunication, etc

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Mazars full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Mazars full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Advice to Management

    N/A

    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Mazars full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Advice to Management
