Sales and Upper management have repeatedly demonstrated inept pricing and execution of mega projects. This company cannot execute anything but cost plus contacts.

Upper Management is poor! Could never rely on management to make decisions and there was absolutely no transparency about what was going on within the company which led to rumors all the time. Often times the rumors were true so it would have been better to hear from upper management first.

Cons

No growth whatsoever. Can be discriminated on pay based on your race. No Bonuses even though everyone works insane hours to make projects profitable. Bonuses reserved for upper management only.

Work and crew is great. Crew helps and supports you learning and expanding knowledge and experience. Pay is decent. Location is offshore in the Gulf of Mexico

Upper management and HR are terrible. No coordination. Doesn't care about marine crew. Company is struggling.
