    *Work can be interesting and varied

    *Slow down on the growth and focus on QC at each level - particularly senior ones

    Solutions roles often missold - get everything in writing
    Too often about slides and "upward management" not impact

    Fix lifestyle. To fix lifestyle, fix senior management.

    Opportunities to work with very smart colleagues for very high profile clients.
    Very good pension support and employee benefits (insurance, days-off, etc)

    Cons

    Extremely long working hours with no overtime pay.
    Need to work overseas extremely frequently (at least once a week)

    Inherent snobbery

    Advice to Management

    Change business culture, ensure work has substance. Sales tactics give a good outward perception but the internal culture is far behind competitors.
