Honestly it’s getting comical that there’s a new McKinsey hit piece published like every week now

      Pros

We work with the most ambitious and smart people (nothing is impossible), gain diverse experience. As a designer have high impact as we work directly with c-suite, and you work as a "full stack designer" - from setting business strategy through customer and market research to implementing solutions (designing and developing) and consulting on hiring design professionals to our clients (e.g. chief design officer). It also gives you the leadership skillset and sets you up for success after McKinsey.

      Cons

Fast passed environment, exhausting, lack of focus on social and ecological problems (but slowly getting better on this front, so staying hopeful), lack of diversity in leadership possitions
