      The Owners Have no Business Sense and Show No Respect to Employees

      Pros

      Benefits and wages, nice facility, good location.

      Cons

      True, the owners will give you their cell phone number, but they will rarely respond to you via text and email. They care about their own agenda and they lie and only think they are right. The President has no business sense and the CEO has no true clue what is going on, except for what he makes up in his mind. The owners are horrible to work for and I would only take a job here if you really need one, but keep looking!

      We take all reviews seriously, good and bad. We hope all of our employees have the best experience possible while working at our company. Our owners have an open door policy and while they encourage all levels of employees to speak with them about challenges, it is not always possible to answer every question. To help facilitate, we have a chain of command policy that encourages employees to seek their supervisor or manager first, then escalate to HR if they need additional assistance. We also offer an anonymous email line, if employees would rather discuss a challenge without being named. Our company is a new long term care pharmacy with no affiliation with the company named above. We strive for excellence both with the employee experience and customer satisfaction.

      The people I work with are great, but the CEO and President are rude, selfish, and have no true leadership abilities.

      We take all reviews seriously, good and bad. We hope all of our employees have the best experience possible while working at our company. Our CEO and President encourage employee growth through various programs such as tuition reimbursement, team building exercises and leadership development programs. Although it is not possible for them to hear every challenge an employee may experience, they encourage all employees to speak opening so challenges can be resolved. In order to resolve challenges more quickly, we have a chain of command policy where employees are encouraged to speak to their supervisor or manager first, then escalate to HR, if needed. We also offer an anonymous line, if employees wish to remain private. We take all matters serious and investigation to the fullest to resolve employee concerns quickly.

      Treated Like Crap Daily

      a few great co-workers, nice building, good wages

      Cons

      Daily huddles are nothing but hearing complaints about what you don't get done no matter how hard you work, upper management yells at people and make people cry in front of everyone. Manager sits at desk all day on the computer, disappears for hours without telling anyone, lies and makes excuses. They take on new business without having the staff, equipment, drugs or any way of making it happen. They start new things without being ready. Currently having to work out of 2 systems and tons of errors being made with current customers. The owners are never around and do not listen to employees when they are. Company planned to up cost of benefits, get rid of 401k match and life insurance. Only reason they did not was because all of the employees were going to quit. Everyone complains but nothing is done
