After reading Glassdoor reviews, an interview, job and year or so later, I can confirm that they are exactly as described here 😀 - Flat hierarchy, all the directors/board members are accessible to everyone, from a casual chat to a work question - The most flexible, trusting agency I've ever worked at (and a rarity in the agency world!). If you get your hours done they don't mind when, where or how - Everyone is uniquely skilled and great in their roles, making an exceptional service for clients and a pleasure to work alongside - Opportunity for progression is there, whether to climb up or into different areas; skills are nurtured not defined and made rigid - It's like one big family, whether you're looking for a fun vibe or you've got a work/personal problem, your manager is there for you - the office is in a great location, in a shared building with pool tables, video games, big kitchen etc so a nice place to be when you do go in and best of all its dog friendly! - Flexible wfh or office policy - Lush perks like a monthly massage, Vitality membership etc

There is a real collaborative family feel in the office and all projects and tasks are tackled head on by the whole team. There is room for employees to showcase their specialised skill set, but also work on new projects and develop new skills. Each member of the team is happy to help and personal growth is really encouraged by the whole company. --> Buzzing working environment. Flexible Hours. Media Lounge provide one of the best working environments I have ever been part of, the work ethic in the office is a healthy blend of fun an energetic whilst staying professional. My role as a developer is made easier and relaxed due to the great planning and organisational skills by the Project Managers (just don't tell them that). Working with professionals that are top in their field is motivating and personal development is both valued and encouraged. A few extra perks include flexible start times, Pool and Ping Pong, office dogs and office outings.

The relaxed working environment at Media Lounge makes coming to work every day something I genuinely look forward to. That's right, no Monday morning dread! Colleagues often bring their dogs into the offices, there are pool and ping pong tables, monthly massages, regular social events, plus big office parties with DJ's!! Oh and to top it off, everyone who works here is equally incredible. Personally, I'm not sure I could ask for much more from a workplace?!
