I have been working at MediaCom Worldwide full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    * Incredible client list and strong (award winning) output * Track record of pitch wins at a global level * Good staff culture. High diversity levels (BD and below) * Strong global network. Good opportunities to move across offices

    Cons

    * Upper management been in business to long - a close "clique" * Weak digital offering. High levels of churn and weak leadership * Career path is limited, particularly in middle to upper management * Understaffed - not uncommon for agencies but increasingly an issue for new wins

I have been working at MediaCom Worldwide full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Large base for people to work around. Has great scope of clients and some amazing talent. On site bar.

    Cons

Doesn’t invest in the environment where people work. Doesn’t invest in the people who work for them- replaces senior manners of staff with more junior ones. Doesn’t offer competitive salaries, and very shaky progression. Relies too much on it’s name. Rife with politics. Doesn’t understand the work/ life balance that it advocates.

I worked at MediaCom Worldwide full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nothing really worth mentioning They always give you the minimum

    Cons

Huge salary gap among entry level executives; it will depend on the integrity of your hiring manager to decide whether to give you the company standard rate (23K in 2017, 22K in 2015) and if you negotiate it upon offer. If you assume that MediaCom is like some decent larger companies which has fixed salary for entry level executive, WRONG. If you don't negotiate, you might end up accepting 20K in 2017. Beware that MediaCom likes some seniors with only bragging and bad technical skills and makes the rest of the team work in an unfair condition. HR department is offensive, racist, unprofessional, and slow in process.

    Cons

Management often are not expert enough in the business details in a market that is complex and ever changing.. so things are lost in translation.

    Pros

Brilliant work and concepts being worked on and great employee benefits. The people you're working with are smart, creative and competitive.

    Cons

Not enough emphasis placed on work/life balance. There is a lot of internal pressure to overwork yourself which is unhealthy.
