Misleading from the start,there was no post for me so I was made to travel 2 hours to start my shift,despite various promises all of which were meaningless..I actually worked out I was working for £4.70 per hour.

The job itself it rewarding.

Long hours no support, vehicles are falling apart and barley road legal. A few times I was forced to drive a vehicle with bold tyres with the threat of losing my job. I have know of staff do more then 24hours straight as the company is allways struggling, but when said staff are caught alseep on the job they are fired on the spot. Management use bully tactics to force staff to do overtime and hollow threats. I honestly can say avoid this company! There are so many better ambulance services out there.

Interesting and teamwork plays a big part in this role.Full uniform is provided .Fast paced and every job is different

Treatment of staff is appalling using bullying tactics to get what they want and frequently inexperienced management gang up on staff .Sacking people for no reason is a common occurrence as it is very much a "If your Face fits" company.The hours are very long sometimes 12-15 hours and if you do a 5pm - 2am shift and a job comes in at 2am you are expected to do it even if it is a 5+ hour job.Self employed(so you have no rights) and poor pay.In short this is the worst company I have ever worked for and management are totally unprofessional. Avoid!!
