Work from home , ability to work in a flexible hours specially when you are not restricted with shift time there is few trials from people inside to enhance the structure & work routine

Cons

No clear rules for anything vacation , raises , salaries , hierarchy , working hours Stressful work environment , even no rules in detecting the deadlines you are always in the middle of the fire
