      Pros

      The Job I did was great. I loved it. The customer service people are wonderful.

      Cons

      The SS people are lazy, don't want to give you answers and just plainly want to pawn their jobs to others. Management does not know what the left hand is doing. There is NO communication from management. Nothing. They will fire you without notice or "lay off" as they called it. This company is heading for a disaster due to the poor management skills with who they have now. Do not waste your time...

      Pros

      Work from home opportunities, but that is the only positive I can think of besides nice co-workers.

      Cons

      I think it's very telling to see the titles of who writes positive reviews for Medvantx, it's almost all Leadership positions. Which is not surprising, the administration gets treated far better than the majority of workers who are customer service, warehouse or order entry. We are left with skeleton crews, low pay, bad PTO/sick leave with no upward mobility. The turnover rate for us is abysmal, which again comes to no surprise when the company cheers that they have record profits every year but employees can't get raises that match cost of living increases.

      Pros

      Company provides important services to the uninsured and under insured and cares greatly to assure the operations make sure those people receive the medication they need.

      Cons

      Seem unable to stick with a strategy for change long enough to see reward before changing leadership in pursuit of the next.
