Flexible hours and remote work. No fear of speaking your mind about anything you have thoughts about. Helpful and friendly colleagues. Great benefits that directly influence my work-home balance and I use all of them - benefits are not "for show" but actually useful. An interesting area of IT - graph database. Opportunities and support to learn things outside of your area of expertise. Competitive pay and sick days/annual leave policy.
Cons
Fast paced environment and small teams keep you on your toes so you need to have good time management skills and prioritize well which can be a bit stressful at times.
