I worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Benefits are great most employees are good decent time off

    Cons

The person who stays late or goes the extra mile gets the same raise, time off and recognition as the person who does the minimum. If youre lazy and can do just enough to get by, MSK is a great deal for you. If youre driven and looking to effect change and have others listen to your opinion, this isnt the place for you.
