      Good at times / just keep your back covered!

      Pros

      Good group of co workers to work with. Made some good friends.

      Cons

      The company itself is not good. Use of your own car/ truck. Low mileage paid. Per diem low. Sometimes in bad hotels. Management asked for suggestions from employees and then use them and upper management takes credit for idea and employees gets nothing. Long hours and tries to get out of paying overtime! They bring in personal issues to get you fired. Puts you on projects without training then releases you from the company under a statement that you were trained and you weren't!

      Pros

      You get to see cool places along the way, that's the only pro's.

      Cons

      Owner sucks, management sucks, no room to move up because it's all about who is snitching on who and who bends over the most. Those that do move up the fastest. Be ready to use your own money and don't get it back for 3 weeks. Personal vehicle/40,000 miles per year. Low per diem, low gas, and cheap hotels.

      Certain Employees are FT wBenefits, so Latino TeamLeads do MAJOR LYING/TROUBLEMAKING on others from them Getting Fired!!

      Pros

      About 80% employees work working with and are team players that are cool & will teach you the basics on new store setups..

      Cons

      Some Leads are down-right A-holes, will eithet take shortcuts to finish a store on time or LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH from being fired. Most jobs also last only a day or two...
