Make sure you are looking for this type of challenge. - Visionary leadership - Very ambitious and fast paced - Independent work and lots of freedom with responsibility - A high growth successful business - Diverse and global staff - Progressive work culture - Some greatly talented colleagues - Growing niche in the fintech & loyalty industries

You'll find the downsides, some more and others less, of the typical fast paced startup. There are some better, but also some much much worse places of work around. - Frequent changes - A bit unstructured - Too demanding targets - Some employees (in all levels) unfit for the job
