This company is being run by two idiots !! Cesar Scolari and Vern Malpass are nothing but major egos with no abilities to run a company !! They spend their time making problems for the rest of the staff !! Stay clear of this company and do not go to work for this horrible company !!

Flexibility in scheduling. Opportunity for overtime almost every week.

Cons

The manager abused the floor workers and took advantage of their need for a job to support their families. There was no respect towards the workers putting in 12 hour nights or the cleaning staff cleaning up after the disrespectful management team. I am ashamed to have ever worked here.

The Merit corporate office is an awful, oppressive place to work. The office is overseen by a nouveau-riche, frowned face, extreme micromanager called Cesar, the CEO. He'll hire you as an expert in your field, ignore your recommendations, then obsessively micromanage you and tell you how to do your job. And God help you if you don't do what he says. Don't waste your time, move on to something else. This place will just bring you down, hold you down and kick you mentally and emotionally.
