Pros

Drama, rumors, gossip. Anyone who's good at brown nosing or has an affinity for burgers that taste like lighter fluid.

Cons

No actual TV cameras present. The pizza never shows up on time. If you're actually a good hard worker you'll never receive immunity so you'll probably have to put out your torch at the tribal council and you'll have to leave the island.

Pros

For the most part, the environment is fun, management is understanding when it comes to requesting off. A decent amount of the employees are pleasant. Free pizza on Wednesdays.

Cons

I've been working with the company for over two years and have seen the president of the company and some upper management treat their employees incredibly unfair. The president of the company likes to make others feel inferior, enforces rules upon everyone but himself, only pays attention to his favorite employees which can lead to no pay raises for people who are working beyond their expectations. The president likes to make very inappropriate comments, such as sexist and racist remarks towards the employees and could have a lawsuit on his hands if he says something to the wrong person. Another employee who's in upper management is following in the president's footsteps with his/her attitude, and has a very passive-aggressive behavior. All in all, not a very pleasant company to work for. Management expects too much out of employees.

As a company- we value our employees and their opinions. Our goal is for everyone to have a positive and enjoyable experience with the company. When an employee is feeling neglected, unappreciated or has any type of suggestion or complaint about the company or any person within the company.. they are encouraged to go to either their direct manager or to HR and seek resolution to their concerns and to suggest ways to make the company better. We have a full time HR who is dedicated, open minded and committed to being a pathway for communication between management and staff. If someone is not comfortable with their manager or HR, then they should approach any manager they feel confident working with. To the person whom wrote this review.. the solution to your issues are yours to resolve. We have provided channels within our organization for you to voice your concerns. We have open doors and many open minded people for you to communicate with and help improve the employee experience for yourself and others. We want to encourage you to speak to your manager about your concerns or speak to HR or any other manager you feel confident in confiding with to resolve whatever negative feelings you have. You should not give in to any power you think others have over you.. you are in control of your own life and destiny..
