      Pros

Interns have voice. You are not belittled just because you are an intern. You get to try many different projects if you wish.

      Cons

Long hours as expected from an American investment bank. However, you get to experience the lifestyle of a first year analyst.

      Pros

      Cons

My experience up to now has been great, so I do not have any particular cons. As this is an investment bank, you must be prepared for high expectations and relatively long hours.
