    Opportunities for personal and professional development. Good salary and benefits, plenty of holiday, respectful attitude to staff, great working atmosphere, very impressive leadership team.

    Mistakes are not tolerated well, seems to be a little political at times.

    Pros

    Everyone knows you. You have access upper management at any time. Great people to work with and the pay is high for the industry.

    Cons

    The marketing is not on par with competitors. The goals are high. The targets are many times low hanging fruit of accounts. Harder to compete for top accounts business due to marketing.
