Great residents and staff, but poor management communication

Lovely residents and care staff, salary is good

Cons

Housing manager condescending and speaks to staff and residents terribly, Noone to speak to as confidentiality/trust in manager zero. Management don’t follow MHA processes and just do own thing and expect staff to follow suit

Good residence and they appreciate whatever you do for them I miss most of them

Cons

For a 12 hour work you are not allowed to sit down. The deputy manager has been there for a long time so she is rude and talks to staffs anyhow she pleases. Manager is a darling but finds it hard to speak to tye deputy manager
