Changed my opinion from one to two stars because the company was taken over by Ericsson so organizationally it was beginning to improve.

Cons

Lack of direction from management. It often appeared as if they didn't know what they were doing.

Some nice people, decent location, interesting technologies

Cons

Totally abusive of salaried employee work hours, excessive off hours work, poor information sharing, and much more pressure to find work arounds than to solve problems. No respect for vacations, family events, or sleep.
