      Pros

      I don't find much pros about the company.

      Cons

      Salary Structure is messed up, no proper incentives, they will promise you the world just before you get the job by offering you a high package but the shock of your life would be when you get your first month's salary. If they don't want you they will find ways to blame you for everything while you're on your job. No proper growth and the management is equally messed up. I would not consider this a secure career.

      Pros

      I've been here for 6 years and have accumulated a certain amount of learning that I believe is hard to get elsewhere. I've learnt to handle projects, understood metrics, drive revenue and make decisions that are important. The scope to do what is necessary is quite high here and I feel if you have the capabilities, this company gives you the right opportunities to showcase them. There are not many restrictions when it comes to creative abilities and ideas are always welcome. Again, there is a tremendous amount of opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      The usual applies here. Lack of coordination between teams, egos and diluted focus. That doesn't mean a bad thing because a company is made up of people and people problems are everywhere, nothing unique about it.
