    Pros

    Cons

What was a great job is truly horrific. I would not let my worst enemy join the police service today. The Senior management do not respect their work force and are only interested in furthering their careers and enhancing their cv's! Funding is a huge issue at the moment which means more for less..... in reality it means added stress and a very unhappy work force!
