Pros

Opportunities to learn about product development and manufacturing.

Cons

Unhealthy work-life balance, employees are expected to work after hours or on weekends to keep up with unrealistic commitments. Rampant favoritism drives promotions, bonuses, and leniency. Disconnected upper management goes on expensive retreats to rental properties with catered meals and expensed alcohol while the employees lose benefits from their hiring packages with no renegotiations.

Poor pay-Poor leadership

Pros

Job was easy enough for the most part.

Cons

The leadership was poor to say the least. Leadership was more of a "boy's club". The paperwork was mind numbingly repetitive and it never improved. Hours were again a "boy's club" if you were a favorite. No vision for growth No attempt of making improvement to the system Toxic work environment
