      Pros

      Good benefts package Unlimited PTO Free food Work from home flexibilty

      Cons

      The work is incredibly frustrating and the company is having trouble living up to their value proposition. It might not be a realistic one. Downward pressures on pricing and increased costs are squeezing already tight margins. Keeping customers happy is an uphill battle that requires grinding. It’s just not fun anymore. For those of you thinking you may strike it rich by working for a start-up, this likely isn’t the startup that will get you there.

      Pros

      Seattle office is laid back with a sense of team, free food/lunches while the Boston office is the opposite.

      Cons

      Competition is winning on product features. Turnover on the sales team is hurting growth.

      Amazing Team

      Pros

      I love going into work every day. The team is highly motivated, very supportive and kind, and a lot of fun to be with. Benefits are really good. Leadership team is working hard in the office every day leading by example. Some of the best I've ever had the privilege to work with.

      Cons

      Compensation seems to be on the low side of market value, at least for me. The stock options might make up for it in the coming years, but personally I don't find it worth the risk.
