I have been working at Miller & Carter part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

friendly staff, understand supervisors that are very friendly

    Cons

Awful uncompetitive pay, have to pay for everything, no staff meals, not allowed a drink of anything except tap water unless it is payed for, long hours.

    Advice to Management

Look after your staff better, the reason you are always recruiting is because the staff are treated bad, there are no benefits of working for Miller and Carter, not even the pay is good, the only reason I joined is because I was desperate for a job.
