    Get to work in a good environment with nice people (mostly) and is good for part time work for myself

    Cons

    Only downside to working here is that obviously some hours are unsocial and may take up a fair bit of your weekend/nights

    Advice to Management

    If you want to go for management this company does provide good resources for anyone to work their way up to the top

    i worked within the kitchen at miller and carter and had a great experience, it was fun and also challenging in all of the right ways.

    Cons

    the are no cons really, its a great place to work i would really recommend it for any students looking for work.

    Advice to Management

    no advice needed they are doing a great job and im sure will continue to do so.

    You work with a nice team of people. you get a great discount across many restaurants.

    Cons

    A lot of hard work for the amount you are being paid. Also a lot of the tips you earned get shared out unfairly.

    Get to keep most of your tips, training available, flexible hours under friendly and attentive management. Many perks available under the M&B branch

    Cons

    Not enough money to buy supplies for the business at times, straws, cutlery etc.

    Advice to Management

    Always keep the business stocked up with the tools necessary to complete the job.
