Employer covers all training, all travel, and 90% of benifits. Multimillion dollar company that runs like a mom and pop and everyone is treated like family. President of company works the same jobs as his lowest employee, never afraid to roll up his sleeves and get in the game.
Cons
Lots of travel. Gone 1 to 2 weeks at a time.
