Great place to work

Pros

Interesting clients, sensible workload – good approach to client management and new business, i.e. comfortable turning down work if it's not right. Boutique and high-value work where you aren't being constantly pressured to upsell.

Cons

Unique approach to comms is great but can be hard to map onto other roles once you leave – doing primarily low volume / high impact work necessarily means it is slightly harder to gain and maintain strong media contacts if you're more junior or if you start your career here (you're simply pitching less often, and often drafting material for a pitch that then goes via the relevant senior person who actually holds the contact). The firm tends to rely quite heavily on the contacts of more senior leadership with large rolodexes which works well but it's a double edged sword in terms of development for junior employees.
