      very supportive directors , team leads are up to mark except few , Equal opportunities for same set of people, very good platform for skillset in recruitment , CSR projects and training delivery for client

      Cons

      Internal Soft skill training and other training's up skilling employees is not there Entry level Salary is less compared to industry standards
