Pays attention to and respects your work-life balance. Offers a lot of flexibility in this regard. Is genuinely concerned with the mental health of Minddistricters. Dedicated to have as little hierarchy as possible. An informal atmosphere with many opportunities to socialise with colleagues, both during and outside of work.
Cons
Once you leave, you'll realise that it's quite rare to find such a nice group of people at another company.
