I worked at Mindshare full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The clients, working with them being in touch of such of incredible people. Also the global network, where you could work with hand in hand learning from them.

    Cons

Extremely difficult environment to work in. A lot of Head changes,. From my 6 years 5 years of CEO changes. A lot of mobbing happening and not even the HR department stop this. They hired me with an annual bonus that I didn't see any of it, part of my compensation in contract. There is no culture, values that people really live.

I worked at Mindshare full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Big client's for your portfolio Nice office Fair compensation and benefits Access to great resources for learning

    Cons

Poor onboarding process Efforts are not recognized(especially on entry-level). No regular feedback for new employees. If you are on probation, you better be perfect. Do not fall for the management emails like "we are here for you". They only care about the clients. You are better off working in a small agency if you want to learn and improve. No extensive training or support for new employees.
