      Pros

So many great career opportunities available to anybody that’s a go getter. You can learn a lot about the industry in a very short amount of time here.

      Cons

Hard work long hours and not everybody you work with is ambitious and keen to help.

Thanks for highlighting the great career development and working environment. Bit different now in the lock down but hope that will all come back one day. If issues with senior management, please speak out and either to your people team or to me. Here to help sort this out.

      Avoid like the plague

      Pros

Looks to promote internally first before exploring external hires

      Cons

Work/Life balance doesnt exist at ALL. They seem to expect everyone to bend over backwards for clients without thinking about overworking employees. Everyone's monitored closely like children and mistakes are not acceptable - expect to be written up for every mistake. If you're thinking of applying, expect your personal life to suffer and work very long hours stressed out of your mind.

      Cons

Overtime is the rule, if you live on time you are in the black list Results are not important as long as you know how to praise People working long hours without meeting deadlines are good workers Be a robot, be a zombie, do not say what you think, do not contradict No working from home allowed, no flexible hours

      Great springboard, some downsides

      Pros

Chance to collaborate w/ clever and experienced media professionals. Work on famous brands. Diverse & multi-lingual workforce. Office, location & views over London.

      Cons

Very 'corporate' environment (read: serious, high stress, long hours). Delays from group & holding company were insufferable. C-suite toxicity (vitriolic, blaming culture). Them & us mindset, contributing to churn in mid & lower-level staff especially. HR buying into virtue-signalling nonsense like unconscious bias training & quota reporting/ filling.
