I have been working at Mindshare full-time

    Pros

Free drinks once in a month

    Cons

Overtime is the rule, if you live on time you are in the black list Results are not important as long as you know how to praise People working long hours without meeting deadlines are good workers Be a robot, be a zombie, do not say what you think, do not contradict No working from home allowed, no flexible hours

I worked at Mindshare full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Chance to collaborate w/ clever and experienced media professionals. Work on famous brands. Diverse & multi-lingual workforce. Office, location & views over London.

    Cons

Very 'corporate' environment (read: serious, high stress, long hours). Delays from group & holding company were insufferable. C-suite toxicity (vitriolic, blaming culture). Them & us mindset, contributing to churn in mid & lower-level staff especially. HR buying into virtue-signalling nonsense like unconscious bias training & quota reporting/ filling.

I have been working at Mindshare full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great people, amazing office and office location, tones of fun things and experiences to be had and a huge amount of responsibility across huge blue chip clients from a junior level

    Cons

Low pay, long hours, opportunities are often stifled because it's part of such a big network which can be frustrating and often leads to itchy feet

  6. "Mindshare"

     in London, England

I have been working at Mindshare

    Pros

Great location, mainly lovely people to work with, good overall benefits package taking into account holidays and 'little extras' that make the office a pleasant environment to work. Good training at entry and junior levels.

    Cons

Usually expected to work additional long hours as part of the job, very little career progression for those with more experience, pay less than other agencies for same levels.

I worked at Mindshare full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Very much a meritocracy: great management team who are willing to listen to everyone's views, and a lot of autonomy. Really nice office.

    Cons

Not much structure for career progression - like a lot of agencies, your best chance of getting a promotion is to go somewhere else. Long hours and constantly overstretched staff.
