RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Minuteman Press International full-time for more than a year
Pros
I was able to experiment and teach myself the basics from scratch as jobs came along.
Cons
Long hours and a few pence above minimum wage, I was doing far more than what I was being paid for. Many jobs can expect employees to help out with additional tasks which everyone should expect, my issue came with the volume of jobs that needed to be done on top of everything else, IT WAS MAD! I do recommend working for this company but make sure the store is well established and the owner has experience.

Pros
A great place for any employee to expand their career in any range and filed

It's limited space to improve your skills and keep updated with trends and market while it's a traditional workspace.

RecommendsPositive OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Minuteman Press International full-time for more than a year
Pros
I know at the Minuteman Press I worked at, we were a small team so it very quickly became a family-like atmosphere. We were all close and looked out for each other, and also due to the small size of staff and close proximity, we helped each other out with other tasks. It helped broaden my knowledge of press printing, and I not only learned more about designing for clients, I also got to learn more about the printing and bindery aspects as well.
Cons
Occasionally can get pretty stressful depending on amount of jobs (but what job isn't?). I often worked in other departments that weren't design when my jobs were done for the day or we'd hit a slow slump for design work, so if moving around departments occasionally isn't your thing, this might not be the right fit for you. I personally didn't get paid a livable amount, but for my first job, it was decent.
