This was, by far, the healthiest, non-toxic work environment I have ever been a part of. I like it because I feel valued as an employee, everyone's ideas matter, everyone (supervisors and employees) has a growth mindset (so constructive criticism is well-received), everyone is regularly praised and encouraged, the atmosphere is upbeat and positive, there's no unnecessary drama (because everyone puts their personal issues to the side to focus on the main goal--helping the children learn effectively), and I am met with sympathy and immediate accommodation when life throws obstacles like sickness, death, and other unforeseen inconveniences at me, without fear of job loss.
