      Excellent work environment based on the Exeter quay. Lovely/Caring people to work with. There is also plenty of opportunity to travel internationally with Miradas far reaching customer base👍🏼

      Salary isn’t the best, but the people and the technology are cutting edge!!!

      Relaxed environment. Great projects. Fun Friday every other Friday.

      Cons

      pipeline tools were half broken at the time. bookings are sometimes short followed by a really long first hold.

      Little burocracy, very good environment, young people, flexible schedule, bosses close to the employees, changing roles and easy talk, interesting projects

      Small company, difficult to make a career, sometimes chaotic, little infrastructure, difficult to change some bad habits typical from a small company
