Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. When this review was first shared, we took a step back to reflect on the feedback. Since then, we’ve focused on improving communication, sharing plans and priorities more openly, and increasing transparency around company decisions. We’ve also introduced regular engagement surveys and follow up conversations to make sure everyone has a voice and can help shape how we continue to grow. We know that some of the changes and restructures we made in the past were difficult. Making decisions that impact people is never taken lightly, and we’ve reflected a lot on how we can handle communication and change with more clarity and care going forward. As a small team, people naturally see and talk about what’s shared online. While we can’t (and wouldn’t want to) stop anyone from sharing their own experience, all posts are voluntary. Honest feedback - positive or critical - helps us keep improving and build the kind of culture we want to be part of. Finally, thank you for highlighting the positives - the energy, impact, and care among the team are things we’re incredibly proud of.
