      Friendly, warm and welcoming working environment. A manager trains new staff nice and easy way. Easy to get along with colleagues.

      Cons

      Not good enough salary for YMS visa holders. Sometimes stressful and long working hours. A lot to negotiate with hotels, coaches, restaurants, etc.
