    Pros

Customers are nice, and always happy to see you. I enjoyed meeting them, and feeling they were happy with their clean home.

    Cons

Treated horrible, boss lets one about, bullying, off sick with sick note, due back but won’t allow me back, not very well run. Manager dosnt seem to know what she’s doing. Changes the route so your not cleaning for the same customers

    Advice to Management

    Learn management skills,

I have been working at Molly Maid full-time

    Pros

What started out as a temporary contract to cover a maternity leave as now seen me become a route manager in the space of 2 years!!
Lovely girls to work with and a very supportive management team who are always on hand to help should it be needed.
Company car and all equipment provided.
No evening or weekend work which works well round my family.

    Cons

British traffic is a nightmare! And don't get me started on all the roadworks!! And getting a flat tyre during the working day.

    Advice to Management

Carry on with what your doing because it's obviously working well for you and the rest of the team

I have been working at Molly Maid full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I've been with Molly Maid for over a year now and have loved every day. No two days are the same which is great. It's the perfect job for mums as there are no late finishes, weekend or bank holiday work. Our customers are lovely and each team has their own regulars. We have a list of what to do for each customer so everything is clear cut. We all receive training from highly experienced Maids who help along every step of the way. All the teams are really nice and no maid will have to work alone. The management are amazing, friendly and are always at hand to answer any queries etc (and also provide us with drinks and plenty of goodies on our weekly office visit) A Molly Maid car and petrol allowance is a definite bonus as it can also be used for personal use. All the products we use are provided for us and the salary is good. Molly Maid is a super company to work for, very friendly and with a great family feel.

    Cons

I can't think of any. By far the best company I've ever worked for from all the teams to the management

    Advice to Management

Nicola, please would you make some more homemade mince pies!! Delicious! A quadruple batch this time!! Thankyou in advance 👍😁

    Cons

Management treat staff like dirt and don't actually know what they're doing. Paid very little compared to the prices they charge customers.

    Advice to Management

    Just leave.

I worked at Molly Maid full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Weekends and holidays off thats pretty much it

    Cons

    unproffessional
    disorganised
franchise owner is a money grabbing coward of a man who would always lie to you
work very late night wit little pay once i didnt leave a clean until 11 o'clock at night
working with the two franchise owners they talked about very personal problems and this made me uncomfortable quite a lot
    the constant lies
the fact they still owe me wages and payslips (contacted with no reply)
i would witness arguments between the two franchise owners they are married to one another and it was awful
the customers were rude because he would over charge cleans and say to us to have them done in an hour
    took advantage of some customers
very negative rude company to work for would never wish that on anyone i was working 25-40 hours some weeks never have i ever got 200 pound from that company once
yea i know doesnt make sense ? thats because you dont get paid for any time you are in the car
he also wouldn't pay my managers petrol money he owed her like 300 pounds by the time i left.
do not be fooled this place is a sham of job and a joke of a business

    Advice to Management

consider subliminal advertising because thats the only way you will ever make this seem like a good deal to anyone.
